Return Policy

At Exotic Gemstones LLC we want you to be happy with every purchase.  We carefully inspect each piece before delivery to ensure that our gemstones and jewelry meet our high standards for beauty,quality and finish.  We stand behind all of our products with a generous return policy and warranty.

RETURN POLICY: We have a 30-day "no questions asked" return or exhange policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price or, if you prefer, another item of the same value.  Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable, and custom orders are excluded from this policy.

To return an item to us, please follow this simple procedure: 

1. Call us at 541-383-7184 to obtain a Return Authoization Number.  

2. ** If you are returning an item for refund or exchange, repackage it in its original shipping container.  If you are returning an item with a manufacturing defect under our warranty, package it in a secure box.

Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and address the package to:

**Exotic Gemstones LLC will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend that you choose your carrier carefully and insure your package or send it by registered mail if its loss or destruction would cause financial distress.
