My design inspirations come from the gemstones themselves. I often have several loose unset gemstones sitting on my bench and I spend some time just moving them around, looking at them, combining them with color combinations or other stones. Suddenly, I'm inspired to create a new piece. I like to design my jewelry in cohesive collections, often combining various types of gems as well as design motifs. My mind never stops seeing and creating!
