This bracelet has an overall length (before twisting) of 8 inches... It can be twisted and worn down to 7 1/2 inches in length.  The Mother of Pearl magnetic clasp is STRONG.  The black pearls are color treated to get the black iridescent hue....the color is stable.  Of course, the Oregon Fire Opals are all NATURAL color.
