18K yellow gold Maile Lei Hawaiian motif ring.  The Maile leaves are all hand engraved and the  ring is a 'royal yellow' gold, very rich finish.  The AAA+ Red rare sunstone is 4.54 carats total weight and is a standard cut oval.   The ring shank is a rounded square shape making it easy and comfortable to wear.  The ring size is a 7.  The diamonds are .14cts total weight and set in platinum.  The diamond quality is F color and VS clarity.
