18K yellow gold hand fabricated and hand engraved one of a kind necklace.  The 18K yellow gold chain is attached to the piece and measures 18" long.  The leaves are depicting maile from Hawaii.  The diamonds are bezel set in platinum and the sunstone drops from the leaves with movement.  The sunstone is a very very rare AAA+ Red gem with very top clarity.  The gem cutting artist, John Fields, named this one of a kind gem cut, "Twist and Shout".....it certainly shouts out its unique beauty.
